Design: Qualified Engineers provide a 3D model for approval before we begin manufacturing

Finishing: With in house powder coating and a large oven, we can powder coat any item up to 6metres long in single colour or multi-colored

Assembly: Our experienced assemblers know just how to finish off the switchboard. With a large range of hardware, we have our boards assembled in an efficient manner ready for delivery

Basing their work in Solidworks, ASM’s engineers provide 3D models before manufacturing to help our clients understand exactly what they will get once the project is complete. With over 10 years experience, our engineers have a great understanding of the standards and what is require to go in each switchboard.

Equipped with multiple CNC break presses, turrets, turret, laser, and a skilled welding team, we are able to fabricate almost any project you could require. Our machines as well as highly experience staff ensure accuracy and quality on any job, whether it be big or small. With experience in both the energy sector as well as in the construction sector, ASM takes great pride in our ability to fabricate products to your exact needs.

ASM Sheet Metal guarantees reliable Laser Cutting services with precision for various sheet metals. Currently we have a 3kw HSG laser with a 3000x1500 cutting area, with the view to add an additional 6kw in the near future.

With offline nesting done in house with the use of the industry leading Lantek nesting software, we can provide the best sheet usage with minimal waste.

We can cut a variety of materials such as Zinc, Galvanised, Aluminium, Stainless and Brass and stock a large variety of these materials in various thicknesses.

Powder Coating – ASM can do it all with our inhouse powder coating booth and 6metre long oven providing us with the unique ability to powder coat up to 6m in length

Choose from a variety of colors, including options from Jotun, Interpon, Dulux, for long-lasting protection. Our skilled team ensures even and reliable coating application, enhancing the durability and appearance of your metal items

Galvanising – with the need to have a large quantity of products galvanised, ASM can provide a quick 1 week turnaround on any galvanising job.
